Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Collection, Operations, Technology, Product, and other business functions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company hiring criteria.
Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support employer branding and job posting activities across various platforms.

Key Requirements

MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute (Mandatory).
0-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Ability to assess candidates and conduct structured screening interviews.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
